How We Check Bulk Bag Quality

A bulk bag specification is only useful if the supplied bag matches it. Testing and inspection address different parts of that question: the material, the construction and the finished product.

Our testing programme covers the areas listed below. The tests relevant to an order depend on the bag design and intended application; the list does not mean that every test applies to every bag.

  • Raw materials and fabric
  • Filling spouts and discharge components
  • UV resistance and woven tapes
  • UN testing where required by the specified design
  • Type B, C and D testing for the relevant bag type
