Product description
Valve sacks are filled through a valve in one corner that self-closes under the weight of the product, so no separate sealing step is needed. They are the standard format for 25 kg and similar small packaging where a bulk bag would be far too large.
Our manufacturing partners support production in excess of 4.5 million valve bags per month, which is what makes long stock programs viable alongside custom runs.

Valve or open-mouth?
A valve sack self-closes as it fills, so there is no sealing step and the line runs faster. Open-mouth needs sealing but handles a wider range of materials.
What print quality can you hold?
Multi-colour custom print is standard. If you need photographic quality on a woven sack, that is a laminated construction. Ask us and we will confirm what we can support.
